Sylvia Gazak

As a former Chairman of the Department of Interior Design at Sullivan College of Technology and Design, Ms. Gazak, our Program Director, is well-versed in the history of furniture and architecture and is a frequent lecturer on a variety of interior design topics. Prior to academia, her career as an interior designer was with Allen House and Hubbuch of Kentucky. Adding to her portfolio of projects, Ms. Gazak served as an award-winning interior designer for the Governor’s Mansion in Frankfort, Kentucky. She is a recipient of an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences from the University of Louisville.

Susan Eisenmann

For the past 15 years, Ms. Eisenmann has owned and operated Interior Solutions, an interior design firm in Louisville, Kentucky. Her expertise in project budgeting and renovation management as well as space planning, furniture, and interior finishes is culled from her experience in commercial design at National City Bank where she managed more than a million square feet of office space, branch banks and warehouse space. She holds a B.S. in education from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Interior Design from Mt. Vernon College, now part of George Washington University. She was a member of ASID for 25 years.

Pat Teeter

Prior to opening Teeter Design Associates, an interior design and space planning firm, Ms. Teeter was an instructor in the Interior Design department at Sullivan College of Technology and Design where she taught architectural drafting, space planning kitchen and bath design, and contract design. In this capacity, as advisor to the student chapter of the International Interior Design Association, she directed the student externship program. She has a B.S. in Fine Arts from the University of Louisville and is NCIDQ certified.
