Process & The Experience

processTheExperience
From our initial consultation to the completion of a residential project, a client’s overall experience is of utmost importance to us. At The Lee W. Robinson Company, we believe nothing affects that experience more than the level of care that has gone into developing an effective process.

For that reason, we have invested a significant amount of time into defining and refining our process, and we are passionate about every aspect. There is a logical flow to how we approach any residential drafting, renovation, construction or interior design project, and it is this flow that guarantees the timeliness, flexibility, and success of your project.

The Initial Consultation

Every project, no matter the scope, begins with a consultation. Who you are and what you want defines the course for the entire project. We take pride in getting to know our clients and their needs up front and in holding true to the expectations we set from the beginning.

Constant Communication

Any successful drafting, renovation, construction, or interior design project is dependent on communication. We want you to know what’s going on during every phase of your project. That’s why we make it a point to keep all lines of communication open.

We make ourselves available through phone calls, emails, sessions in our showroom, lunches, and dinners to answer questions, share ideas, and keep you in the loop at all times. Our foreman is available seven days a week to address any questions or concerns you may have.

In addition, our concierge residential renovation and construction company—Robinson-Kelley—leverages a unique technology called SharePoint, which allows our customers to get real-time updates on the progress of their projects with state-of-the-art technology in the palms of their hands.

“It is a joy to work with someone as passionate as Lee. His ability to understand our style, and match our aesthetic with his palette was like watching an artist at work.”

The Follow-through

Just because the work is completed, doesn’t mean your project is over. The follow-through is as important as other stages of a project.

Once we have completed the work on your project, we take the time to thoroughly inspect our work with detailed checklists and follow-up reports. We want to make sure you’re happy with the finished result and that all your expectations have been met.

The passion and work that goes into ensuring a great experience is genuine. We love what we do and we want to make sure that it’s mutual.
