Return Policy

Refund and Return Policy: 

We’re committed to making you happy! You can return all or part of your order within 10 days of purchase for a complete refund. All items MUST be returned in their original cartons and must be in the same condition as when we shipped it (as determined by our inspection upon receipt). All returns must have a return goods authorization number issued by The Lee W. Robinson Company in order for a refund to be given. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item to our site. Exceptions to our 10 day return policy will be considered on a case by case basis. The Lee W. Robinson Company reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any returns where the packaging or the item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped to the buyer.

Damage and Defect Policy: 

A customer may contact The Lee W. Robinson Company staff about a defect within 10 days of purchase. To process a damaged claim the customer must have the original package and all packing materials. The customer will have the choice to either take the defective machine to an authorized distributor or repair facility for warranty repair, or ship it back to us in exchange for a new machine of the same model. If a new machine is desired the customer MUST have a return goods authorization number issued by The Lee W. Robinson Company. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to our site. A replacement machine will not be shipped until the defective item is received and inspected by our staff.

Defects detected beyond 10 days from date of purchase must be resolved under the manufacturers factory warranty policy at an authorized distributor or repair facility. The customer is responsible for getting the item to and from the repair facility.

All equipment sold comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty will be honored at authorized distributors and repair facilities. We will assist you with finding facility closest to you.
