Our design and drafting staff has decades of combined experience in design and has undergone some of the best training available in New York and Paris. Your input combined with our years of experience will guarantee the successful completion of your design or drafting project.
OUR DESIGN & DRAFTING PROCESS
Before we undertake a design or drafting project, we want to meet with you to discuss your ideas. It’s important for us to get to know our clients and their needs up front. Your input is highly valued, and we encourage open communication throughout the project. Design can take many shapes with a project. Some clients simply need interior design, but some require full drafting of blueprints and architectural drawings. We provide the services you need all under one roof.
After completing the first draft of your architectural drawings, we will meet with you to review the plans and make revisions, if necessary. We want to be sure you’re satisfied with the initial draft and design direction before completing the final draft of architectural drawings.
Upon review and approval of the final draft, our next step will be to deliver a copy of the drawings to our construction services team for the initial bid submission.
